BWF World Championships 2018 a Report
The 2018 BWF World Championships tournament which was held from 30 July to 5 August at Nanjing Youth Olympic Games Sports Park Arena in Nanjing, China concluded on Sunday. A total of 357 players from 48 countries participated, however teams from China and Japan dominated the tournament.The Men’s Singles and Men’s Doubles saw the two East Asian powerhouses face off, where as Women's single happened between Spain and India.

China dominated the BWF wining two gold, two silver and four bronzes, followed by Japan which won two gold, two silver and two bronzes. Spain won women's singles gold and India took silver , Chinese Taiperi, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Malaysia each of them won a bronze.

List of Title Winners: 

Men's dingles title was won by Kento Momota of Japan, silver was won by Shi Yuqi of China, bronze was won by Chen Long and and Liew Daren of Malaysia.

Women's dingles title was won by Carolina Marin of Spain, silver was won by P.V. Sindhu of India, Brozne was won by He Bingjiao of China and Akane Yamaguchi of Japan.

Men's doubles title was won by Li Junhui & Liu Yuchen of China, silver was won by Takeshi Kamura & Japan Keigo Sonoda, bronze was won by Chen Hung-ling & Wang Chi-Lin of Chinese Taipei and Liu Cheng & Zhang Nan of China.

Women's doubles title was won by Mayu Matsumoto & Wakana Nagahara of Japan, silver was won by Yuki Fukushima & Sayaka Hirota, bronze was won by Greysia Polii & Apriyani Rahayu of Indonesia and Shiho Tanaka & Koharu Yonemoto of Japan.

Mixed doubles title was won by Zheng Siwei & Huang Yaqiong of China, silver was won Wang Yilu & Huang Dongping of China, bronze by Zhang Nan & Li Yinhui of China and Tang Chun Man & Tse Ying Suet of Hong Kong.
