Bangalore Super Division: Kickstart FC suffers a 1:2 defeat against Jawahar Union in the last match of the league

Bangalore Super Division: Kickstart FC suffers a 1:2 defeat against Jawahar Union in the last match of the league
Before the last match of the season all options were gone since a week for Kickstart FC to eventually overtake lonely leader of the Bangalore Super Division Bengaluru United FC (BUFC).

This might have been the reason that the so successful team this season from Kickstart FC could not mobilize the last stored energy in the last match of the league to avoid a 1:2 defeat against Jawahar Union that got stronger and stronger along the season.

Kickstart FC is now under scrutiny of the Bangalore Division Football Association (BDFA) for not having followed correctly in all matches the BDFA rule of having to always field at least two U-19 players. As to TOI complaints have been raised to BDFA by competing clubs Kodagu FC, BUFC and Bangalore Dream United. KSFA will now look into the matter. In case that discrepancies should be detected all points won by Kickstart in these matches may be reversed and be alloted to the opponent team with a result of 3:0. Depending upon the findings and decision of the BDFA the final standings table might be corrected.
